In cases of termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), pkrwin may withhold any Balance or winnings pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your pkrwin Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all applicable KYC requirements are met and no outstanding wagering requirements or investigations are pending.
Upon termination of your Account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately.
